Construction of Homes for Extremely Poor Families in the Municipality of Quilalí. (65 Homes) General objectives of the work to be contracted: It is the construction of 65 Social Interest homes with an area of 42 square meters, which are divided into 2 lots: Lot No. 1: 35 homes, Lot No. 2: 30 homes. Place: Said information will be available free of charge: a. For download on the website: www.nicaraguacompra.gob.ni/ current processes of the Municipal Mayor of Quilalí. b. Physically in: Municipal Mayor's Office of Quilalí, located at Bº Neftaly Toruño, Where the Pronorcen Offices Were, from April 10 to 26, 2024 until 5:00 pm. The bidder interested in acquiring a complete printed set of the Bidding Document in Spanish, by written request and against the payment of a Non-Refundable sum of Five Hundred Córdobas net (C$500.00). The payment procedure will be deposit in the cashier of the Municipal Mayor's Office of Quilalí.
